The NOMA is a new residential high-rise condominium, located in the NoMad area of Manhattan. The development includes moderate luxury condominium apartments ranging from one bedroom units to three bedroom penthouse units.  

The building also includes three floors of retail space and indoor and outdoor amenities. The fifth floor common terrace has an outdoor kitchen in addition to landscape and hardscape garden space. The façade is composed of a combined brick and window-wall system. 

One of the major challenges to this project was the building's foundation and excavation. The ground water, soil conditions, proximity to adjacent buildings, and infrastructure - such as MTA transit lines and air shafts and Con Edison vaults - required that LBG coordinate closely with the design team and various agencies to ensure project delivery.
