Moxy East Village
LBG was responsible for the construction of Moxy's East Village hotel, which stands at 13 stories and contains 285 design-driven rooms. The 126,700 square foot structure is comprised of reinforced concrete. The structure is bounded by 11th Street to the north and adjacent properties to the East, West, and South.
The Moxy East Village includes co-working spaces, tech-savvy amenities, and lively restaurants, bars, and cultural programming.
The hotel is conceived as a vertical timeline, drawing inspiration from various eras in East Village history. The rooms are designed to maximize space and allow guests flexibility. In addition, amenities include four new dining and drinking venues and rotating series of cultural programming,
It is the third Moxy Hotel developed by The Lightstone Group.
