Residential floors will be from 3rd to 23rd and 25th to 45th floors. Cellar, ground, 2nd, 24th, and 46th floors consist of a mix of amenities, retail, BOH, and mechanical spaces. The site is bounded by Queens Boulevard to the South, Northern Boulevard to the West, and Sunny Side Yard to the East.
