29-10 Northern Boulevard is a new construction project located in Long Island City, Queens, comprising a 49-story reinforced concrete structure approximately 575 feet tall and spanning approximately 535,000 GSF. It is bounded by Northern Boulevard to the northwest and Queens Boulevard to the southwest, with an adjacent building to the northeast and an LIRR storage yard to the southeast. The site is also adjacent to the Queens Plaza E/M/R subway station and the elevated 7, N, and W train lines.
The project contains 451 residential rental apartments—314 market-rate and 137 affordable units—along with 142 for-sale condominium units, six elevators, and a rooftop swimming pool. The building was designed by CetraRuddy.
The building features a reinforced concrete superstructure and a custom curtain wall façade. The ground floor consists of retail space and a residential lobby, with additional retail space located in the cellar and on the second floor. Building amenities are located on the cellar, second, 24th, and 49th floors.
