This new project at 88th Street and 2nd Avenue is being developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and The Carlyle Group. The site will be home to a new 23-story 42-unit rental apartment building with high-end finishes. The building’s entrance will be located on 88th Street with (3) retail spaces on 2nd Ave. LBG oversaw the abatement and demolition work necessary to clear the site which was previously occupied by 3 existing five story buildings.
