130 Lafayette Street
130 Lafayette Street is a signature mixed-use tower that will help define the corridor where SoHo meets Chinatown. Rising 25 stories (±273 ft) and totaling approximately 108,000 GSF, the cast-in-place concrete structure will bring new energy to the neighborhood with a retail space at grade level and 24 floors of refined residential lofts above. A red brick façade complements the surrounding historic architecture, while the design by Marvel blends contemporary form with timeless character.
LBG’s scope includes full preconstruction services, logistics and safety planning for the constrained mid-block site, and delivery of the superstructure, façade, and luxury interior build-outs.
The building will offer amenities on both the cellar and 25th floor, including a bike room, a small fitness area, and a tranquil tea room beside a custom-designed waterfall feature in the cellar. 130 Lafayette is poised to set a new standard for boutique luxury living in Lower Manhattan, anchored by a distinctive retail presence on one of the city’s most storied streets.
