The 272 4th Ave project is a new 14-story cast-in-place structure with new foundations that will be erected consisting of 128 rental apartments, one- and two-bedroom market rate, and affordable units. The building is a total of 130,000 gsf and will have a concrete superstructure with GFRC Panels along the North, South, and East and West elevations. The building envelope consists of UPVC windows aluminum storefront curtain wall. The building will be comprised of two indoor subgrade levels with tenant storage areas and bicycle storage room, one retail space, and a weight room with a landscape area on the first-floor level. The 12th floor will include a pool and lounge area and a kids room.
