The project consists of a luxury residential condominium tower containing 131 units and rising twenty-three stories with retail/residential entry at grade. There are two cellar levels containing retail, residential amenities and MEP services areas. The building exterior is resplendent in elegant limestone with bronze-trimmed window. Finishes include top-of-the-line stone and tile from Turkey and Italy as well as custom kitchen cabinets from Italy.
Other notable finishes in include Waterworks plumbing fixtures and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
Notable construction challenges included the construction of a structural steel cantilever of an adjacent property along Broadway. The 1, 2, and 3 subway lines are adjacent to the property.
