A new 12-story, 206,850 square foot reinforced concrete mid-Rise structure which features 199 Market Rate Rental Units. The building’s façade included an Exposed Architectural Concrete & full Window Wall system. The interiors’ consists of Studios, One, Two, and Three Bedroom apartments. Ground floor area included for mechanical space, tenant storage, Lobby and several Retail areas.
The project also includes several amenity spaces, and fitness room and an outdoor recreational on the 2nd floor and Main Roof terrace.
First tenant moves in’s commenced 13-1/2 months from the Start of Foundations. Complete turn-overs and project close-out was completed in 16 months from the start of foundations. This project was a GMP agreement.
