An existing 12-story commercial building conversion to residential with 66 Hi-End Condominium units. The 147,300 square foot mid-rise conversion features 66 Hi-End Condominium units. The Conversion includes full interior demolition of the existing space, and re-construction of the elevator core and stair cores, & new bulkheads. All new M.E.P.S systems to service the building. The façade included restoration work, as well as modifications for new retail storefronts and lobby entrance at the ground floor. Existing windows will be replaced with new tilt-turn operable units. The interiors’ consists of One, Two, Three, and four Bedroom apartments with hi-end finishes. The project also includes fitness/amenity space, children’s play room, and an outdoor roof top recreational terrace.
Project Scheduled for completion by early 4th quarter 2014.
